“We had just bought our home in Kihei. We ran our central AC unit all the time, since Kihei is very hot in the summer time. However we never knew that we had problems with our AC unit. Until one day there was a leak in the roof of our daughters room. There was a water tank that would hold the condensation of the AC and it was over filled. Where the water would drain out to the side of the house was clogged as well. We immediately called B COOL AC CLEANING & SERVICES. Brent came and checked what was wrong. He knew exactly what had to be done and explained to us that this AC unit was never serviced since it was installed. He was able to fix the problem and show us what we need to do to keep it maintained and running well. At the end of the service I was expecting the bill to be huge, since I knew it was a big job. But to my surprise it was extremely reasonable. Since the service, the air quality is much better and Brent comes by to keep up the maintenance. He’s very knowledgeable and kind.
