“Before calling B COOL, we had to wait a long time for the previous AC service guy to fit us in. The master bedroom split unit AC started leaking really bad last night. I called B COOL in the morning & they had a tech out to fix it the same day, early afternoon. Brent was very informative about what was going on & explained his work after, along with helpful suggestions to maintain it.
